Open your mind to everything you are grateful for and feel the appreciation grow in your heart. The more aware you are that you attract that which you are, not what you want, the more you will realize how much your thoughts feelings and emotions can propel you toward your dreams and desires. Living in the present moment holding the feeling as if you are living your dreams and desires now will attract more of the same energy into existence.

Values act as a set of rules and guidelines for the events you encounter in life. Are your values aspirational or are they real values that are driving you? Aspirational core values are inspiring but it’s the values you actually live by that impact your life. Identifying your authentic core values is absolutely necessary to change dis-empowering beliefs.  It’s not just knowing what drives you that allows you to be aware of your thoughts and why you act on them. It’s becoming wise to how your values effect your life and your ability to re-envision them.

 You Can Feel Good About Everyday

Values determine how you handle good times and bad so if you have difficulty handling certain situations and find yourself reacting under a lot of stress, first understand why. Then add the value of resiliency and learn the benefits of becoming more resilient. Values are an indication of the people you tend to connect with and the way you form relationships. Values are formed out of habits and habits are formed by the actions you take and you only take action based on the thoughts in your head. It's simple smart common sense. But not smart if your values dis-empower you to achieve your aspirations.  What values do you have that makes your life and the lives of others feel accomplished, worthy and grateful every day? Are you willing to create new habits you can progressively enjoy? If you question your beliefs and examine the thoughts and feelings attached to them, you will discover a better understanding of how your values shape your destiny.
