Donna Marchand, is a motivator, a team player and confidant. Also known as the designer and health coach who makes magic happen. She specializes in motivation graphics, custom business branding, personal training and life coaching. All with intuitive guidance and creative fun.
Donna got her Commercial Art & Computer Graphics degree at Northeastern University (1994) Since then she has accumulated extensive knowledge and professional experience in all areas of the design, marketing, printing, Internet and media industry’s. Donna's portfolio shows her diverse style which is very specific to her clients vision and ideas. In depth research and understanding of objectives ensures her clients expectations are met with very happy results.
Donna’s dedication and passion for health and wellness and desire to make exercise fun lead her to an additional career in personal training. Through her persistence and enthusiasm, she landed a job at Boston Sports Club (2001) . During this time, she become nationally certified through ACE the American Council on Exercise along with other health and fitness certifications. By 2013 she started specializing as a certified TRX suspension training instructor. This is a highly effective method of training and a favorite among many of her clients. Donna continues to expand her education, staying up to date with new technologies and innovations in health and wellness. Values are formed out of habits and habits are formed by the actions you take and you only take action based on the thoughts in your head. It's simple smart common sense.
