90 minutes is reserved in the first session to evaluate your individual health, fitness level and goals to design a program that will meet both your needs.

Session 2
The program design is introduced and training begins with conditioning exercises you can do together. You will learn how to help each other control form, maintain posture and keep each other motivated.

Session 3 and Beyond
Sessions are progressive by changing variables in exercise selections and methods while focused on goals. As you increase your endurance strength and flexibility you will develop a healthy mind body connection as well as a stronger partnership.

Boot Camp Training
You will learn techniques to maintain body alignment and body control in action. These workouts include warming up learning proper form techniques, balance training and heart-conditioning drills. Fun obstacle courses are custom designed to match the theme boot camp goal and may include interval training, full-body muscle toning, plyometrics, flexibility and creative exercises. Each session challenges every muscle in your body by keeping you moving in a choreographed manor throughout the session. Building confidence and having fun training as part of a team.
